hi, thanks for the response.
: I also have an older AKAI am34? am32? amp which I have been presently using. I also have an older Marantz amp, which is stuck away in a closet-- it is a big unit, silver metal, with a ,I dont know what you call them, but a needle type gauge for sound indicator-- it moves when sounds bounces-- not digital.
: what would you suggest for primary amp source of these fine choices? I can't tell if the sansui dosent seperate the sounds as much as I'd ike, but having the tuner right there is really nice, and the bass seems prominant, it seems to have alot of power.
: Also, it does have a VCR hookup input-- how would I do this (sorry I am such a newby)-- I would hook up what from VCR to TV, and what from VCR to receiver? THANKS!!!!
Probably standard RCA connection from vcr audio line out to amp in, either co-axil or RCA from vcr
to tv, lots of newer tvs have audio out, that would go to amp instead of vcr to amp connection,an educated guess not knowing your set up and having to deal with a couple of octopi in the past.ss.
