: : I have a Sansui 881 about 28 years old. Not knowing much about it, I am not getting sound out of one side (speaker). I've tried a combination of swapping speaker ports in the back with no luck and switched out one speaker for another and both speakers work one at a time. Any ideas what the problem is and is it repairable?
: : Thanks John
: There is something wrong with the one channel. The most common fault are the capacitors haveing the gel inside of them dry out. These need to be checked and replaced. Find an OLDER electronics technician, and let him look at it.
