A person named Roger Russell has a website which he offers copies of reviews from many backissues of Stereo Review, Audio, High Fidelity...., each review copy is $5. However, he doesnt have the October 84 issue.
I do have the issue but it would take some time and effort for me to locate it since I have so many hi fi magazines in my collection, so I cant really promise that I can do this favor for you so soon.
