The Sansui speakers look real nice and the SP-3500 and 5500 series were the best they ever made and I sold hundreds of them retail. In those days the guys had to let there other half see what they were buying and they choise the great looking , tinny sounding Sansui speakers with no bass. When the guys picked out speakers or any components they only picked the Sansui Amps.,and Tuners. They allways bought JBL , AR , Advent , B&W etc.,,,,,never Sansui speakers and the same goes for me . I have Altec A7-500/8 Horns and 6 pairs of JBL's with an Earthquake 18" sub.....Also ,,nobody buys Sasui speakers for more than $500.00 for any pair any model number now. I use the boxes and make them sound like JBL's for my friends etc.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,have fun,,,Roy
