43 watts per channel @ 8 Ohms with no more than 0.1 % distortion. Two things, distortion is a little high for Sansui (0.1% is more like a Carver) and no anti-clipping protection (meaning, you push it too hard, it won't protect your speakers). And just to add, it's 43 watts of Sansui power (which tends be way underrated in regards to pressence) however, depending on what kind of speaker you are driving, could be quite adequate. Personnaly, I would go for a little more power. Sansui's sound so sweet at high volume, it just makes you want more.
