I think TEH is a record label. Not sure what it stands for, but I can honestly say that I have no albums with this label.

As to do with the source and destination of recording. Unless your recording to tape, don't worry about these. I pwersonally listen to L.P.'s. CD's are a little harsh to me. L.P.'s have a mellow smooth sound that puts me in the mood, which is, if you ask me, what music is all about.
