Hello, I just rec'd a near mint TU-417 tuner that I won on eBay and discovered that the tuning meter does not move more than 1/2" both sides. The tuning knob is fine and smooth. Opened up the top cabinet and checked all looks good inside and the internal tuning mechanism all works well but the dial needle still stuck on one spot. When tuning the internal flywheel (next to the "gangs") by hand, it will move and pick up stations very well. Can someone give me a hint how to do a fix-it-yourself. Thank You in advance.
