If you have a Voltage Selector there is one Fuse on the Board F-2928 and another inside the Transformer. This Fuse is connected between point 06 and 07 on Board F-2928. It can be bypassed but you loose the Heat Security.
If you donīt have a Voltage Selector there are three Fuses. Two on Board F-2928 and another inside Transformer. The latter located inside the PT702 Transformer and is connected in series with the Primary Winding and CANīT BE BYPASSED.
I presume you already checked the Power Switch.
Voltage okay between Red and Brown Wires (Transformer Primary Winding)?
