As is said, AU-D11II is prone to such problems.
My suggesttion is to folow below link, translate by some free on-line translator, and see the usual repairng methods for your amp. Usually, the first problem encountering open speaker relay is bad DC/bias adjustment; however, these models have also problem with protection circuit and speaker relays.
