9090DB Problem

I have a 9090DB Sansui Stereo Receiver and now the
"pretector" light blinks indefinitely when I press the power button? Is this a problem with the relay?

I would like to fix the problem on my own so I was wondering where can I get a wiring diagram for this unit?
