Go to www.audiokarma.org and contact Members, Pat S & Dry Basement - they both own D11 II's, perhaps one of them might have a manual that they could send a copy of to you. I also know another person who owns a D11 II but he's far away in Singapore, not sure if he has the manual.
In general, while there are sites that do sell service manuals, they usually dont have owners manuals, so the best thing is to keep an eye on Ebay and whenever your model might show up, see if there's a manual offered and then ask the seller if you can obtain a copy of it from him/her.
