Skip- that is a real shame and I am sorry to hear that. Especially an amp like the AU-D11II. Was the amp packed reasonably well by the Seller or did the shipping company appear to treat it without any consideration at all? Who shipped it, Fed Ex, UPS?
What did the Seller say about this mishap? Hopefully the package was Insured and you'll get your $$ back soon.
