Otto- The AU-D22 is the smallest model in the Line and it is 35 Watts. (The largest model in the Line was the AU-D11 at 120 Watts). It was made in the early 1980's. If you want to buy the AU-D22, being that it is small compared to the others, the price should be very inexpensive, so dont pay more than you have to for it. I am not sure, but perhaps from your name you are located in Germany? > if so, please check Ebay Germany, if I remember correctly, there is an AU-D9 there now thats available, the AU-D9 is the next model below the AU-D11 and it is significantly larger than the AU-D22 at 95 Watts.
The AU-D22 was reviewed in Audio magazine in a 1983 issue which I have- if you are interested, I can make a xerox copy of the review for you if you can compensate me the copying/postage cost. The review will give you alot more details on the AU-D22 than I have the time to type in all the information.
The review does say the AU-D22 is not really a good match with 4 ohm speakers. Using 8 ohm speakers with it instead is better.
Sincerely, B/F (New York)
