I strongly suggest that you make this situation known to Ebay so that you can get the negative fdbk he gave you removed from your record.
Dickson (an 'apt' name) attempted to resell the damaged AU-D11 II on Ebay after he got it back, along with another one he had that I had bid on using the Buy It Now Option- and after I found about what happened, the transaction was cancelled, though it was not a pleasant experience to resolve the problem with him. Of course, he made no mention at all when he relisted it on Ebay that it was damaged in transport when he had sent it to you.
