Hi,
I've just been offered to buy a Sansui AU-D55X amplifier. It's from the first half of the eighties. I haven't find any info on it on the net! I've read at various web sites that Sansui amps from the eighties are mostly plastic crap...
This one is actually made of metal and it weighs some 8.5 kg. It is 2X70W at 8Ohms. It also has some funky fluorescent peak power meters.
There is an inscription on it: "super feedforward system" - what is it?
How does it compare to more modern amplifiers, or to a Mission Cyrus One MkII amplifier, that I can buy from other guy?
Thanks,
Aleksandar
