I just purchased a sansui 9090db off ebay. unfortunately when powered on it starts up in protect mode with the red light flashing. i can grab FM signals but i can only hear them through the right channel when the volume is turned to max. i replaced the fuse in the back but nothing changed.

does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?
