Dear Sirs,
to begin with, congratulations for your excellent Web site, devoted to one of the forgotten great Marques of classic hi-fi. Obviously you don't know me, but I'm a collector of classic audio equipment, mostly analogic, professional stuff, especially turntables: you can see my collection (well, a part of it) at my site www.stefanopasini.it .
I take the liberty to write you because I've just bought an old Sansui 7900 amp, a machine I really liked when new but I never owned. I must at this point say that I always had a soft spot for Sansui: for me they always were a kind of Japanese McIntosh.
The problem is that the front panel is in bad condition: I'd really like to get a new one, or at least a salvaged one in good condition. I know that this may be impossible, but I am asking to the experts hoping to have a stroke of luck.
Hoping that you might have something like this, or that you would point me to someone who might have one, I send you all my best wishes for a happy 2003,
dr Stefano Pasini
