AU-Alpha907NRA Series (1998)

The last standard 07 Series (AU-607 MOS Limited in 1999 was limited edition).  Introduced the "Ultimate Alpha-X Balanced Circuit" that used class A operation on its driver stage.  Also, continued to use the "New Alpha-X Balanced Power Supply" that isolated its power supply from grounding.  Adopted a new design to eliminate transformer and fan vibration.  Used the highest quality parts available.  Specification of the AU-907NRA: 160W + 160W into 8 Ohms less than 0.003% harmonic distortion.  Frequency response: DC ~ 300KHz.  Sold at about $3,000.00.

Please compare the difference between the 707 and the 907 models.  Sansui used the "best of the best" parts for its top of the line product.  Unfortunately, those models were never introduced in the U.S. market.
